Photo Editing

Photo Editing; make a new blog post and show that you can do the following:
** Explain what you did on your blog! Show each step before and after.

  1. Crop a photo (If you like, you can read '6 Reasons to Crop a Photo')
  2. Rotate a photo 90 degrees
  3. Rotate a photo 1 or 2 degrees (for example, to make the horizon line straight)
  4. Adjust light levels and add contrast
  5. Add text to a photo
  6. Try a filter or effect

(1) Below are two photos. Choose one and crop it. Post the before and after images on your practice blog. (You can choose a different photo from Google Images if you wish.)

(2) The sloth photo or the BTS below should be rotated 90 degrees. Do that and post both images, before and after.

(3) The photos below need to be rotated only a degree or two or three. (The horizon line should be straight, right? Can you fix one? You should crop the photo after you rotate it. Show before and after!

(4) Work with light and contrast on one of the images below. Cool, right?

(5) Add text to any photo. Note the font and size.

(6) Try a filter or effect. Which filter or effect did you use? Make a note of it.

Photo editing is fun and useful! You can improve your blog and learn photo editing skills that will make you useful in your future job. Gambatte!

Your post will look like this:

Photo Editing Practice                                       (That's the title!)

This is the original image.

This is the image after I rotated it 90 degrees to the right.
